QA-10, 27 February 2021, Statement of the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Hami Aksoy in Response to a Question Regarding the Joint Statement Between India and Pakistan Regarding Observance of Cease-Fire Agreements at the Line of Control
We welcome the understanding reached between India and Pakistan as of February 25, on the observance of cease-fire and relevant agreements, along the Line of Control, in the border area between the two countries.
We wish that this understanding, which is an important step toward establishing stability and security in the region, will contribute to constituting mutual trust and a constructive atmosphere for dialogue.
